Basketball Season

Youngest LOVED her basketball team this year! Her coach really worked with her and she learned alot. They also won more then they lost (4:3). She didn't win any in her last two season. Even though she knows winning is not everything, it is nice to win some :)
She even was more aggressive this year G'ma Pat!
(I had trouble uploading videos, so maybe later)

Until next year..............

2011 Volleyball Season in One BIG Post

Middle has finished another High School volleyball season. She spent this season playing on the JV and the varsity teams. She started on the JV team and substituted in on the varsity team. She played middle blocker and only on the front row. She improved so much this season and loved her new coach on the JV team!

 Her biggest fans........
These were present at almost every home game and made all the girls (both teams usually :) smile and laugh.

I won't say something about every picture, but it was a good season. Not alot of wins, but alot of improvement & that is what counts. Although the JV team took 2nd place @ the Richfield tournament :). Middle had a good time and is ready to get her hand back on the ball. it is about time to start up off season play and practice........ so here we go again! Season 2012 we are on our way!
WAY TO GO MIDDLE!

Yes He's an Eagle Scout!!!!

He did it! It's done! Finally! YAY! Congrats! WooHoo! Sweet! Awesome!
HE'S AN EAGLE SCOUT!
It was a great ceremony and thank you to all his supporters through out the years!
He would not have been able to do it (well probably, just not as well :) without Don Hayes......

We miss Don & Lori :( We are so glad it all worked out before he moved to South Dakota.

My favorite pic of the evening...............

(May have to enlarge a copy just for me!)
Oldest did a great project and learned a whole lot during the Eagle process. Hopefully one day he will be able to share what he has learned with other boys he will serve.
CONGRATS Oldest!

Prom 2012

(I know it's been awhile, but I wanted to share these pictures of a good looking kid!)

Well first things first............ doesn't this corsage look awesome and professionally done?
Middle made it! (So I hope you said yes :)
She made one for Oldest's date and his friend's date. Both turned out great!

Another last for Oldest......... Prom. I am excited and a little sad everytime we experience another last with him. So excited for everything he has to look forward to and sad that I don't get to experience it with him again.
Well enough of being sentimental...................
They had a great time and we love his date! The girls really loved her dress! Weather put a damper on their day plans, but dinner and the dance was a hit!

They had a fun evening and made some great memories!

As for me, at least there is four more months left of school and a year before his mission to enjoy more lasts and best of all...........
ALOT of firsts!

Mike and Jen's Family Visit: The Last Day or a Night in the Park

We spent the last night at Town square hanging out.........
A Carousel
Yes even the teenagers........

Kissing frogs
(As long as that's all it is :)

Bananagrams!
The adults played games.....
(Not chess)

My nephew J is the only one outside of family approved to wear Indy's hat
(and he wears it well)

Oldest is J's favorite southern cousin.

What an awesome weekend and we are so glad they chose to spend it w/us!
Now to look forward to when you come back for Thanksgiving.............

Mike & Jen Family's visit: Sandhollow

(Just a reminder that Oldest was still out of town)

We had alot of fun while M&J & Fam came to visit, but one of our favorites was the afternoon we spent relaxing at the lake. It was wonderful!
We spent it......
Underwater.......

Above the water..............

And (some of us) jumping into the water..........

Side note: These picts were taken on a disposable water camera so they aren't the greatest, but I didn't have to worry about the camera. One day we will invest in a waterproof digital.

It was a great weekend (yes all of that into 3 days)! We just went & went all day & crashed hard at night (some sooner).
We finished the weekend off playing games................
(stay tuned because there is a little more)
