Halloween and a Birthday

Well Halloween is always a busy time around here. 10 years ago on Halloween night the Youngest decided it was time to join the family. She did wait until the next morning though. We had a great weekend full of fun and surprises.
Halloween: We have an awesome neighborhood when it comes to Holidays and Halloween is one of the favorites. One home does a haunted yard thing, another does a spook alley and this year a home put up a sheet on the side of their house and played the Michael Jackson Thriller video. All of which we knew. It was a great night. Only the Youngest got to go Trick-or-Treating so it was very simple.

The Youngest's costume was fun and very inexpensive (less then $10). The top & shoes I found at D.I., the tights were a friends, chop sticks came from Van's favorite sushi place and the hairdo I found on the internet (thanks Jackie). It was way fun.

The Middle hung out at the haunted yard and scared people. She loved it! The Oldest also hung out there but mostly answered the door at home while watching a movie with his Dad.

Birthday: She is finally 10! And so happy about that. She had a great weekend and got some great stuff. Clothes, Polly Pockets, clothes, Barbies, Clothes, a Movie, Clothes.. well you get the picture. She also got tickets to see "High School Musical 3". the best part of that was her best friend got to go. We had cake and ice cream on Sunday and invited our friends Don & Lori over. All in all I believe she had a great weekend. She was exhausted on Sunday so that is a good sign of great fun.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL! We love you!

Happy Birthday Sierra!

Our neighborhood was fun on Halloween. However, most of the action was at the top of the neighborhood. It's awesome what the Schuman's do. The Thriller was fun as well.
