At our yard sale last weekend we needed to sell the girls bunk beds, which we did, but we also decided to try to sell our kitchen table. It worked fine for us, just a little big for the space and also quite used. So we decided if we could sell it and do well at the yard sale we would get a new one. We have also been saving and looking.
So do we get something BIGGER?

But for now we are eating some GREAT meals at this.......
Isn't it beautiful? Add a couple of table cloths and it's not so bad (but I had to take those off so you can get the full affect.) Actually it seats quite a few people around it. We got to find just how many this weekend with a FUN visit from Doug and Michele's family. (Love ya guys thanks for coming!)
So in a couple of weeks we will have a beautiful new table which Van is looking forward to sitting at on his nice TALL bar stools.
Now I just need to come up with a fun and cute centerpiece....hmmmm...any ideas?

I think the make shift table was GREAT! I could never fit that many people in my kitchen, even if they were standing:) I like the new one. I hope you get it soon. Besides Tai-Pan is near by I am sure they have a few centerpiece ideas! Have fun shopping!
Love the new table!! I'm so jealous, but with a new baby boy, who's soon to be a bigger boy, I think I'll wait on getting a new table.
