A GREAT Science Service Project..........

Sometimes I like the assignments given out at school, and this one goes down as a FAVORITE!

Oldest was assigned to do a 10 hour service project that would benefit the environment for his science class the last month of school. I had the perfect idea (he also had this idea, but his included more money on our part so it would take more time on his part), I wanted and needed the recycle area of the garage organized. When I say organized I really mean it needed to actually exist as a recycle area and not a pile of garbage we took to the recycle bins when I got tired of stepping over it (as you can very well tell that's what it was by the pictures). Part of his time was taking charge of making sure it did get taken over every week. Well he got most of his hours this way, others were used by doing other cleaning up around that would benefit the environment, but also the scene our neighbors saw when driving by.

I think it turned out pretty good, what do you think?

(We painted with chalked board paint and wrote on them with chalk. I saw this on T.V. and liked the idea)

It is so much nicer to look at now, but now the rest of my garage needs help................Oldest where are you? You need more service hours for something don't ya?
