4th ofJuly

(I know it's not even July anymore,but here is our 4th of July evening)

Our 4th of July was very low key this year (especially compared to our Kansas-Oklahoma 4th of July's). We joined with our new friends and neighbor's the Clements and the Labrum families. the Clements invited us to BBQ and swim at one of their vacation homes (his buissness). It turned out to be a very relaxing and fun evening.

Thanks ALL for a nice evening!

This one is just for his sake and his posterity 8-).

See y'all in Oklahoma next year (hopefully).

Vacation: Fireworks

Family, food, noise, great scenery and FUN!

You can't go wrong w/that combination. After a dinner of smoked meat, fruit, beans, homemade ice cream and chocolate cake, we enjoyed an AWESOME fireworks show! (Like I said in the my last vacation post......there not much illegal out there. It's definitely green enough).

After our goodbyes and see ya next time, we took our journey north to Topeka, Kansas (my old stompin' grounds and the rest of my family).
